COVID - 19 Information

We are now open! Please see below for important information.

To our amazing patients,

Having been given the go-ahead by the Ontario Ministry of Health and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, we are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening our clinic starting next week! We are so excited to see you all!!

We are also thrilled with the addition of our nurse, Erin, who will be instrumental in helping us get everyone in as quickly and safely as possible.

Due to the large number of people that had to be canceled due to COVID-19, we have had to make a number of changes to help get everyone seen in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.   For example, visits will be spaced further apart to allow time for cleaning and disinfecting between patients.  You will all get seen.

We are going to be contacting you individually to book your appointment, and to review our COVID-19 related changes which are detailed below.

As we will have less appointments available due to the protocols and procedures in place to ensure patient and staff safety, we ask that patients be respectful and cancel early enough to allow us to accommodate someone else. Once booked, all patients will be required to cancel their appointments 48 hours in advance. There will be a charge of $200 for late cancellations. If cancellation is due to COVID-19 symptoms, the cancellation fee will be waived.

We will initially only book treatments for neuromodulators such as Botox/Dysport, and only in areas above the nostril area. We will not be offering dermal filler or PRP treatments at this time; we will re-introduce those procedures when safe to do so.

As a general principle your visit will be as “touchless” as possible to maintain social distancing. As such, we will only be accepting e-transfers payments prior to your appointment. At this time, we will not be accepting cash or credit card payments at the clinic.

We will again contact you about 48 hours prior to your appointment to arrange for the e-transfer payment and to recheck your COVID-19 screening questionnaire.  Appointment confirmation will not be complete without prepayment.

You will be emailed a COVID-19 consent form as well as a BOTOX consent form. Please read these prior to your visit.

On the day of your appointment we ask the following:

  • Come to your appointment by yourself (no pets, family or friends, or children).

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please respect your appointment time as we need to stay on schedule and limit numbers in the clinic.

  • Please have your face washed and with no make-up on, and have your hair tied back (if possible).

  • The washroom will not be available. Please come with an empty bladder.

  • Call us from your car when you arrive (647-746-4926). If we don’t answer, wait a few minutes and call again.

  • While you remain in your car we will ask you to again answer the COVID-19 screening questions over the phone.

  •  Please wait outside in your car until your appointment time when we call you into the clinic.  As per recommendations, the waiting room is not available.

  • Please leave your coat and all belongings at home or in your car.

  • Please leave your own mask, gloves, etc in your car. Do not bring them into the clinic. You will be provided with a new mask and new gloves once in the clinic.

  • Once in the clinic, you will leave your shoes, purse, jacket and cell phone at the entrance.

  • Other than you, there will be no one allowed to wait in the entrance waiting area.

  • There will be a sanitization station where you will have your temperature taken. Patients with a temperature 37.5 or greater will not be treated.

  •  Please disinfect your hands, put on a face mask and gloves.

  • You will then proceed to the treatment room which has already been sanitized following the previous patient’s visit.

  • Use the hand sanitizer when leaving the treatment room and office. There will be a garbage bin at the exit for your mask and gloves. Please re-sanitize your hands before leaving the clinic.

All future appointments will be made with Ashley via phone or email.  These will not be arranged during your visit.

I will not be seeing new patients as my priority is to accommodate my existing patients.

Please feel free to contact Ashley with any questions or concerns.
